Stephanie Schiern

Stephanie Schiern’s practice areas are commercial and business litigation with a focus on creditor’s rights and judgment execution.  Ms. Schiern has successfully handled matters for the firm’s institutional clients which include banks and leasing companies.

Ms. Schiern received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She earned her law degree from Temple University School of Law where she participated in its trial advocacy integrated program and was an editor for the International and Comparative Law Journal.

Ms. Schiern became licensed to practice law in 1996 and is admitted to practice in the United States District Courts in California.
